Inventory Management Assistant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing all the assets (includes raw material, WIP, finished goods, tools, tackles, machinery, electronics, consumer products, furniture and fittings, and immovable assets)
2. Implementing efficient asset tracking
3. Preparing material issue and consumption policies
4. Handling the monthly physical stock check
5. Certifying material receipt challans and bills
6. Creating reorder level
7. Ensuring proper stock levels
8. Avoiding overstocking
9. Optimizing on material movement cost
10. Tracking dispatch vehicle
11. Certifying dispatch vehicle bills
12. Performing other additional tasks as assigned

Notes:

1. Please note that these are macro tasks, and there will be multiple related tasks that will be part of the job profile, which will be understood and doesn t need a separate mention.
2. If the performance is satisfactory, a further 3-month full and final extension will be allowed. If performance does not improve, we will be forced to terminate you.
