Survey Coordinator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. On-Site Surveying:
1. Conduct in-person surveys and interviews with customers in assigned branch
locations
2. Travel to various locations within the city to ensure a diverse and representative sample
3. Adhere to a structured survey protocol while maintaining flexibility for organic conversations

II. Data Collection, Handling, Sensitivity:
1. Use statistical tools and methods to analyze quantitative data and extract meaningful insights
2. Collate and organize data gathered from on-site surveys and interviews
3. Prepare and share a comprehensive summary report with management, providing input for strategic decision-making
3. Safeguard participant confidentiality and privacy during data collection and storage
4. Handle survey responses with utmost sensitivity

III. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Engage with participants in a professional and courteous manner
2. Foster an open and trusting environment to encourage honest responses
3. Verbal fluency in the regional language is mandatory

IV. Survey Logistics:
1. Coordinate logistical aspects of the survey, including monitoring a team of data collectors and scheduling their surveys
